About Us
Bumble Beezzz Day Nursery has been established since 2001. Owned by Mrs Donna Hoult who has over 35 years of experience in childcare and education.
Once a large detached home our nursery has been converted and extended with a number of spacious rooms. We have 3 main age groups; Baby Room 0-2 years, Toddler Room 2-3 years and Preschool Room 3-5 years. We are extremely lucky to have a large garden which is accessible to all come rain or shine!
Staff are qualified and have a significant amount of experience working within early years, helping to bring a home away from home feel where your little ones can spread their wings during those critical years.
Our nursery is open Monday-Friday 7:30am-6:00pm all years round excluding bank holidays. We do also offer a 7:00am start upon request.
Meals
Our meals are carefully planned and catered for the needs of the individual child. We follow the ethos that meal times are happy, social times for the children.
Rachel our nursery cook prepares fresh meals on site each day and maintains our 5 star food hygiene rating. We work with the safer food, better business initiative and are subject to regular checks from environmental health.
For breakfast children can choose from fresh fruit, cereals and toast. A hot meal and dessert is provided at lunchtime. Morning and afternoon snacks consist of fruit and /or veg which is grown on site by our children in the allotment area within the garden. A light tea is provided also.
Water and milk are offered throughout the day and is accessible to the children within the rooms.
We have a 2 weekly rotational menu which is available upon request.
